genivive Posted March 24, 2013 Share Posted March 24, 2013 Amazingly, both my Level One and Level Two ratings were stripped today within minutes of each other. This is so confusing. My gig rating is 100%; feedback is 100% and all extremely positive. I have 4 in queue as I write this and at least 4 other inquiries. I am so upset and discouraged. I create cutting edge presentations for investor pitches, business proposals, sales videos, etc. I spend hours and hours doing these and have had nothing but positive responses. I just got the Level Two a week ago and now it is gone (along with my Level One). I wrote to Customer Service to find out why and am awaiting a response. Has this happened to anyone?
