The Mystery of Review Ratings

I had one of my best weeks ever in sales! I received 7 gig requests…all gave me a 5 star rating, except for one that gave me 4.5. I now have 31 positive reviews that includes one 4.5. My overall positive review percentage in 99%.

Anyone know how many 5 star reviews I will need to get back to 100%?

I always found the wording to be a bit off as the percent isnt a percent of positive vs negative ratings. xxx% outstanding or 5 star ratings would be a more accurate description.

That ‘percent of a star’ rating will always be there (unless changed by the reviewer or removed by CS). That particular star can’t be made whole, so the overall rating will always be less than 100%. No?

Reply to @kjblynx: Thanks for the explanation. I should have realized that on Fiverr it was possible to get a whole thing without actually having all of it. 🙂
