I am new & I hope this is in the correct forum, if not please forgive,

and feel free to move it to the correct one.



My question is, I have gone over my profile many times, at least 10,

and have adjusted it all several times, and all slots are filled save one, which is

for a VAT number, which it reads I need not fill out as I am from USA and do not need one there.



Yet, no matter how many times I look over the profile settings etc, I continue to receive this message in

the To Do page:

1 ACCOUNT INFO

Your user profile is incomplete. Please edit it



Anyone know why, or is this a glitch possibly, it is making me a little insane LMBO!

You might try clearing your cache and cookies and restart your browser. You can also click the dropdown on the to-do list that has a gear icon and select “Flush completed tasks.” It may be just a glitch. I hope that helps!
