Selling wordpress themes on fiverr

i’ve made a small theme with the intend to sell it on fiverr but i read on a blog that the theme buyer can re-sell your product even if your license doesn’t allow that, because the fiverr licenses take precedence…

is that true or my license which take control over my product user usage?

I would contact customer support just to be sure, but the terms of use say “Buyers are granted all rights for the delivered work, unless otherwise specified by the seller on their Gig page.” So I believe if you specify that they may not resell, your gig language takes precedence. I’m no lawyer, though, so I would double-check with support.
