Over deliver and deliver the orders before the deadline. Add communicate with them through the process and they will give great reviews.

Overdelivering is a must in freelancing.



We personally put a lot of effort in crafting the reports we provide with the finished work - but this is something that doesn’t fit your niche from what I can see…



Unfortunately the niche you’re in is about creativity and what’s good or not is really subjective - you might deliver an amazing logo, only to see that the customer is dissatisfied.



Basically what I would expect from a designer is willingness to modify things when asked to, and in a timely manner. There is a limit there, but if you do these things I would be more than happy to order again :}
