Order Confirmation

Right now I’m having problems with two of my customers, they didn’t specify any details to their orders and then leaving them behind all in me. No options to PM, no nudge, no alert…? What should I do in this situation? The deadline is running!!



Fiverr, Please make an Order Confirmation Agreement for Sellers as well so that we don’t get random orders that don’t have their necessary requirements. In that sense, we can assure ourselves that the orders we are getting are confirmed by ourselves directly!
