That sounds like a request to propagate spam to me. Have all of those small businesses requested that you send them emails? Do they know you’re going to be emailing them?

How many contacts do you have? Are they all your subscribers or we will send it to completely new people? How much do you want for this job? What is the deadline? I can do it, because I have my own musical project and I send press releases to online magazines from time to time.
