Order cancelled directly by Customer Support

So I did this gig for one client, and the client took forever to respond (past the due date), and he never liked anything. After having the order delivered and marked as completed, suddenly, the order was cancel.

I understand that the client have complain on not receiving what he wanted, but he never give clear instructions, and I still did the job.

It would be nice that Customer Support, instead of hearing one side of the story (the client), it should open a case to see the whole picture before reaching a conclusion.

Have this happened before to you guys?
