Fiverr card /payoneer problem

About two months ago I requested a fiverr card. I had a payoneer card too, and if I remember correctly gave me the option to link the accounts. Recently I transferred funds fiverr my card, but do not appear in my account payoneer and I didn’t received another card either. Where are my funds? Help! =(
