Freelancer stopped responding to messages

I paid $47.25 for a logo. The freelancer is not responding to messages for logo modification. Apparently he stops providing the service. How can I contact Fiverr to be refunded?

Just don’t accept the delivery. Until he delivers the gig no money changes hands.
