Attachment Unavailable, when I tried to upload on a Gig order

Si i tried to attached reviews from a gig, but suddenly my attachments become unavailable, any thoughts about this? How to fix it?

What file format (.zip .doc. html etc.) was it?

.png, but I figured it out, the files was saved without the extension. " file " instead of " file.png"
