Whats wrong with FIVERR support! i have completed buyer work & get positive feedback from buyer. but after 1 days completed order Order Cancelled by Fiverr Customer Support.

There is any change to get money? i want to know why this Order Cancelled by Fiverr Customer Support.

Sorry to hear about this!



Unfortunately, as far as I know, there’s nothing you can do about this. What happened is that your buyer did a PayPal chargeback and thus got his money back. Fiverr can only delete his account for that; they lost money this way, too.

what about my Cancellation rate? My over all rating is 96. most of buyer doing this trick for done his/her. i hope so fiverr will make solution for this future.

Refund should be 50% of given amount.

Unfortunately, as catwriter said, the buyer was probably too cheap and couldn’t resist the temptation to chargeback $25. Sorry for your loss but I hope you will gain more from this.
