Can't open my account but it was still active

Sir help me to my problem…i create new account to message to fiverr…i have an account that cannot open username was jeriel category of graphic caricature it was still in the fiverr… but i cannot open it… when i log in theres always wrong user or password… what should i do to recover my account…
