I teach software apps by s***e - it says so in my gig title. Fiverr okayed it. Every time a customer contacts me about a a gig I have to tell them to add me on s***e(even though it says it in the buyer instructions - which fiverr also okayed).



This is really hard because it doesn’t let you send messages which feature the word s***e.



I get emails periodically saying I am violating the Terms and Conditions because my contact with the buyer asks them to add me on s***e. I’ve just been demoted form level 1 - I presume because I continued to violate this.



How do I contact fiverr to discuss this automated lunacy?

Click Customer Support link and create a new ticket.

Anyway, don’t write s***e, but Sk.pe, so you don’t get the red warning…

I’ve been allowed to use s***e too, but ONLY during an order AND ONLY for a particular gig, but still I’m not authorized to write Sk.pe in messages…
