Audio comms - at least!

You need to provide a video calling feature to facilitate communication; text-only and asynchronous Comms alone don’t work. You may be limiting your success significantly without it, and with it you’ll undoubtedly be recognized by the press and user community for being forward thinking and responsive to the needs of your customers. Although it’s verboten for everyone to talk outside the platform do you think perhaps everyone is going right ahead and getting their work done in realtime? Maybe it’s better to give them what they want, as Ford always said, and they’ll come back for more. I’m actually curious why you don’t already have realtime comms…
