Rating issue

Hi,



Up until a few months my account had 100% rating.

I enjoyed every second from Fiverr’s platform and all the buyers that contacted me Enjoyed my work and gave me 100% rating.

Around the end of may i got married, so for around 2 weeks i could not work on any gigs.



2 buyers ordered gigs from me before contact me first (and it clearly say in my profile not to do that because we need to see if the gig is right for both sides), and since i wasn’t able to deliver (since i got married & was on vacation) i got bad feedback and my rating is down to 89%.



Because of this problem i can work with my account and i can’t offer myself for new gigs.



What can i do about this issue?
