simply click on the cancellation button of the order of the buyer then the buyer will accept and the fund and the funds will be returned to the buyer

But if your GIG has extra purchased, I think the system will not giving the chance to refund, (This is not 100% sure, please wait for other advice from the guys).

you can contact him and refund via buying some gig from him, tell him to modify the feedback, after completed order for 30days buyer can modify the feedback,
