Unable to change currency and add payout method

Initially I wasn't aware about the setting of currency on Fiverr. So I created my gig with pricing in USD. But now I'm unable to change it to INR. I can't even add a payout method in INR. Every time I change currency to INR on my gigs or earnings pages, the page reloads but the currency remains USD. This has been the case for the last 5-6 days and Fiverr Support Team hasn't helped only marked requests as resolved when it wasn't resolved.

When you open a ticket, you receive an automated email. Please respond to that email and the CS will reach out to you. You can respond to the last ticket you opened.
