Need Help: Struggling to Restore My Fiverr Success Score After Recent Updates

Hello Fiverr Community,

I hope you're all doing well.

I'm reaching out today because I'm feeling a bit disheartened and would appreciate some advice.

Before Fiverr's new level system update, I was a Level 2 seller and had even been nominated for Top Rated Seller. However, after the update, my success score dropped to 4, which caused me to lose my Level 2 badge. The reason provided was "Low Performance." This situation has left me quite disappointed and a bit downhearted.

Since then, I’ve successfully completed nearly 20 projects, receiving 17 five-star reviews from clients. Despite these positive results, my success score remains at 4.

Can anyone offer guidance on how many more projects I may need to complete in order to raise my success score to 5? I'm feeling quite discouraged and could really use some insights.
