How long the video for the gig is supposed to really last?

I uploaded a 45 sec video and the “team” responded that it’s too long, it’s already short enough. I mean almost half of the maximum and still I got that answer.

Great to see you took the time to do some research before submitting your video for the gig! That’s a step many new freelancers overlook, often expecting constant hand-holding.

 

When I submitted mine, I also made sure to carefully follow the video specification guidelines. It took about 24 hours to show up, but initially, it was muted, which threw me off because I’d carefully chosen audio that complied with copyright policies. Fortunately, the sound was restored after two hours, and I was relieved.
