Kickstar bad experience

Hello everyone,

I wanted to share my recent experience regarding a subscription I made called Kickstart on Fiverr. It was initially advertised that I would receive a free month on another platform called CreativeLive as part of the deal. However, after several emails with both Fiverr support and CreativeLive support, I received no positive response regarding this.

Fiverr platforms refused to refund me, and when I initiated a chargeback via PayPal, Fiverr support stated that the funds were sent to PayPal, but PayPal ultimately denied my refund request.

Has anyone experienced a similar situation? Any advice on how to handle this further?
