Is this a scam?

I got a gmail message from fiver to verify my id and directed me to verify my card and aksing my card details, and it showed that my account is block so you need to verify.

pls help me if anyone known what should i do

This is definitely a scam! Fiverr’s official URL is fiverr.com, and looks like scammers have become increasingly sophisticated, even creating exact replicas of legitimate websites. Always double-check the URL and avoid entering any personal or payment information on suspicious sites. Stay safe!

Its 100% scam. please do not share your info or do not click any link. just ignore it. 
Keep in mind, if someone asking you the following information than you can think its 100% SCAM.

1) Want your contact no. , email or card info etc.

2) Proposed you to work outside Fiverr and give you a link to folliow.

3) Offer you big amount for tiny work.

4) Give you an attachment file with contact info and so on....
