Inclement Weather to Potentially Impact Communication with Fiverr Staff

Hi community,

As many of you know, a good amount of our Fiverr workforce is based in Orlando, Florida. We are currently bracing ourselves for Hurricane Milton, which is expected to impact our general area throughout most of the day tomorrow. 

While it is difficult to accurately predict the full impact of this hurricane, we are anticipating that our team will experience temporary power outages and internet disruptions. This will undoubtedly impact our ability to respond and communicate with our users.

With that said, those contacting Customer Support can expect delayed responses as there will only be a limited amount of agents available to assist.

Additionally, our Orlando-based CSMs will be canceling all scheduled calls through Friday. If your call is canceled or missed, we encourage you to reschedule at your earliest convenience.

As for the forum, both @Lyndsey_Fiverr and I are in areas expected to be impacted by the storm. While we'll do our best to stay connected, there may be delays in our responses as well. Thankfully, our amazing moderators are still here to help as needed.

If you have any pressing matters, I encourage you to reach out to Customer Support and know they will respond as soon as possible.
