Hi Indian Sellers, if my Fiverr account got permanently suspended and 60 days are over, can I open a new account with my own PAN card?

I have been a top-rated seller on Fiverr. But due to an unfortunate reason, I got banned. Now, it has been more than 60 days. I am looking to open a new account on Fiverr. I know it's against their rule. Because I will use different name, mail id, phone number, machine id, ip adress and paypal account. 

But the question is - does Fiverr remember my PAN number also? Should I change that or I can use my existing PAN card which I used before?

Sorry to say.. You have been a TRS and still you want to break the rules even you know second account creation on Fiverr is strictly prohibited? Whatever you do, you are not allowed to create another account. If you do, sooner or later, that account will also get banned so avoid it.
