I didn't say you did. My reply is the answer to the original post. 

However, if your account has been flagged, please contact our Customer Support. They will provide a more detailed insight into why your account was flagged. Know that you can open a ticket at https://www.fiverr.com/support_tickets/new or send an email to support@fiverr.com.

According to a Fiverr community forum, you can contact Fiverr Support to address account flags. If you're not satisfied with the explanation, you can ask to speak with your Customer Success Manager or escalate the issue to a senior member.
