My Fiverr Account is Flagged And Fiverr Said my level system is permanently restricted. What I should do now?

My Fiverr account is  Flagged due to location inconsistencies and other activities indicating a connection. I explained all situation that Once I created another account for my cousin and few weeks active that account in pc..

Then He response me that the decision is final and my participation in Fiverr's level system is permanently restricted. I attached the whole email what they said. Please Any One gaid me what I should do?
