me__hassan
Fraudulent activities on platforms like Fiverr, particularly those involving phishing scams disguised as legitimate customer orders, pose significant risks to users' personal and financial security. These scams often begin with a potential customer placing an order, seemingly innocuous at first glance. However, what follows is a cleverly crafted attempt to steal sensitive information, such as credit card details, through a meticulously designed fake link that closely resembles the Fiverr domain. This deceptive tactic aims to trick unsuspecting sellers into providing their financial information under false pretenses, thereby compromising their accounts and personal finances. The sophistication of these scams lies in their ability to mimic the appearance and tone of legitimate Fiverr communications, making it difficult for even the most cautious users to distinguish between authentic and fraudulent messages. Sellers are often led to believe that they need to update their payment methods or confirm their order through these malicious links, which, upon clicking, redirect them to a scam domain designed to harvest their credit card information. It's crucial for both new and experienced sellers on Fiverr to remain vigilant and educate themselves on the latest phishing techniques. Regularly reviewing account settings, being skeptical of unsolicited communications requesting personal information, and using strong, unique passwords can significantly reduce the risk of falling victim to such scams. Additionally, staying informed about the latest security measures offered by Fiverr and promptly reporting any suspicious activity to the platform's support team are essential steps in protecting oneself from fraudulent activities. here is the link he sent please be aware and use any other browser where you are not logged in on fiverr. https://fiverr%2Eid41529%2Ecom/order/68506360 And i think this would customized for every individual seller. Hope it helps the community. AI helps in writing and many more things, Several other sellers have written about the topic from scratch, though. AI is a food tool to help with proofreading / etc but it shouldn't be used to replace writing entirely - especially in such cases where you need to share your personal experience. Believe it or not people will read a post more likely if it's simple, short and to the point than if it's longwinded and full of 'big words'. I know this from experience. (But yes, it's best to learn how to avoid being scammed. It's pretty bad at the moment.)

AI helps in writing and many more things, There are ALREADY countless posts, discussions and even posts from Fiverr staff too on this topic (since March-April'24). Nobody will get enlightened from an AI-generated essay on the topic.
