How should I manage the buyer?

As a seller, I am facing a problem. I received my first order and have diligently worked on it to earn a 5-star rating and ensure buyer satisfaction. I completed the first step and sent my queries to the buyer, but I have not received a response. I already extended the deadline by 5 days, and 3 days have passed without any response from the buyer. What should I do in this situation?

If you finished working on the order, you can deliver it and you will get paid when it is cleared. 

if you delivered it already and you are waiting for a review, then don't. Buyers have the choice to review the order or not. I understand it is your first order, and that first review is hard to get, but just be patient and give it some time.

I got an order. I have completed first step of work and sent "ask my client" requirements but buyer is not responding yet. Already two times extend the delivery deadline. 

Please advice me how can I manage this situation?

Did you submitted the complete work?

I sent an excel file for some queries but he didn’t response.

You should wait for that and contact buyers for the requirements but be aware of the deadlines and communication. I hope the buyer will understand your side and co-operate with you. Thank you
