Issue with Profile Rating Display on Fiverr App

Why does it show 1.7 stars when I turn off seller mode and search my profile through the Fiverr app? My profile actually has a 5-star rating. When others search from the website, they see 5 stars. Is this a glitch? I reported this issue through the contact support section and the report bug section, but it's been 2 days and I haven't received a reply

It sounds like you're experiencing a glitch. If your profile shows 5 stars on the website but 1.7 stars on the app, there might be a bug. Since you reported it and haven't heard back, I'd suggest reaching out again.
