Hi, I am new to Fiverr. I would like to know about the accept payment link send from Fiverr team. 

1. When does Fiverr send this link?

2. Is this genuine?

Has that link been sent via message? If so, please do not click on it. We strongly recommend not opening suspicious links, QR codes, or files from senders you have not contacted directly. Please be aware that Fiverr will never contact you via inbox to request payments, passwords, or private information.

In addition, please report that profile to our Customer Support with all the screenshots by sending an email to support@fiverr.com.
