Fiverr account suspended permanently

My nephew's fiverr account has been suspended permanently as the buyer deliberately didn't accept the order and everytime submit saying it's incomplete. Is there any way he can retrieve it as he always gets very positive reviews?

An incomplete order won't automatically cause an account to get suspended. I would advise your nephew to reach out to Customer Support to inquire more details about the account suspension. 

It is likely due to another cause.
