I got charged when I was trying to verify my card, how can I get a refund?

I was trying to verify my card so I could get the payment from one client, and they charged me. I tried reaching out to the support and the operator but I got no response. Please I need help :(((

This was a scam. Fiverr didn't ask you for card verification, it was a fake page. I will try to contact support about your case.

Ugh, I’ve been there too. When I was trying to verify my card last month, they charged me, and support was super slow to respond. I ended up emailing them, and they got back to me way quicker than through their website.
