Do the best you can without his help and submit it before the deadline. canceling or asking for an extension is not a good option. It affects the success score too much

I get it. But if the customer is not satisfied, they will ask for a revision and you will have the chance to get it right.
If the order is completed automatically, the customer will probably not leave any review and you will be able to receive your payment

update: practically after many days of ghosting he is bringing me to the end of the days, first he tells me that he was giving me feedback today, then today he writes to me that he will give me feedback tomorrow but the time runs out tomorrow. What do you recommend me to do?

Put yourself first and move on! You have done everything that you could, within a disfunctional system.
