Client ordered a Video Consultation and does not repond!

Hi there! I recently enabled my video consultation feature on my main account. A few days ago (July 3rd, 2024), I receive my first order for a 30-minute video consultation. 

Everything was going great, and I sent all my usual messages to prepare myself and the client for the meeting. However, when the time came, he never showed up. I have tried to contact him through the order chat and regular messages, but he does not respond to any of them. Therefore, my question is the next: 

1. Should I cancel the order due to his lack of compliance?
2. Does he have the right to cancel the order?
3. As the video call between us never occurred (I was alone in the Zoom meeting room for half an hour), the system never recorded the consultation, and I could not deliver my written summary.
4. I spend my time preparing for that consultation and make the time to assist to the meeting. Shouldn't I be paid for that?

Hello Samuel! I've just been through the same situation, being stood up by a consultation call buyer, and immediately issued a support ticket but also came to the Forum to see whether other sellers have had this problem -and how they resolved it. I'm sorry that you didn't get any replies to your questions, it's really an awful situation to be in. If you don't mind I'd appreciate if you could tell me how did you manage the situation, and how it went out for you as a result.
