Message in inbox about order but no orders in Queue

I just started using Fiverr as a seller and I got a message about an order request. But when I looked at the message it had a link that wanted me to input my method to receive payment and asked the balance of my account. There are also no orders in my queue. Is it a scam?

Yes, this does sound like a potential scam. Fiverr handles all payments through its platform, so any request to input payment information or account balances outside of Fiverr is suspicious.

I have gotten a same problem is this a scam
