asdezign
I'm a new seller, started in Jan 2024. I learned about few things, created gigs and jumped in. Improved my gigs and completed 7 orders with 5 stars. Every client left happily and my avg price is higher than my packages because price depends on whats needed to be done. I dont know why in last 2-3 weeks my success score dropped to 5 and than 4. Why this is happening? how can I improve it and how can I know why its dropped? i've read a bunch of articles, community posts and i found nothing that exactly answer what I want to know.
oxyblastmusic
Your success score keeps updating and the latest score you are seeing is of last 2-3 Months orders.. Older orders success score is not taken into consideration after sometime. This is the reason why you are seeing a drop. You have to work with your previous buyers and when you receive any new order make sure you do really well and ask the client to share their feedback.
asdezign
Need Advice on Promoted Gig Performance Hi everyone, I'm seeking advice from experienced Fiverr community members. I recently enabled Promoted Gig for my banner design service, but I'm not seeing the desired results. Here are my current stats: Impressions: 60 in 10 days Clicks: 2 Orders: 1 in queue, 7 completed with 5-star ratings (this order is not from promoted gigs) Despite these efforts, I'm not receiving many clicks or new messages. As a relatively new seller, I'm unsure why this is happening and would appreciate any insights or strategies to improve my gig's performance. 13 1
filipdevaere
Using promoted gigs is no guarantee of receiving orders. There are quite a few users who end up paying more for using promoted gigs than they make from them. 10

It depends on the gig that is promoted and on the seller. Promote something crappy and no one will care. 14 hours ago, asdezign said: Need Advice on Promoted Gig Performance Hi everyone, I'm seeking advice from experienced Fiverr community members. At just a very quick glance, your gigs look okay but honestly? There's so many other people you're competing against - and they likely have access to promotions, too. Finding a way to stand out and be better than they are might help but it won't be too easy.
asdezign
Thank you for your time to check out my gigs and for the tip. I got your point that there are so many people and I have to do something extra. 6
asdezign
Hi everyone, I'm promoting my gigs, promoted gig is on. Sharing gis on social media but I have not received a single message in the last month. I got an order from a previous buyer but not a single new message from a new clinet. Why is this happening? And 2nd thing is, I didn't got a single project brief notification in last 7 months. I reached level 1 but why I am not getting any briefs? Whats the criteria for that? 4
filipdevaere
1) This comes from the Fiverr help files: Get matched with buyers – Fiverr Help Center At the end you will find the FAQ list. Check out FAQ 2 and 3. If you are not getting briefs, then Fiverr has decided that your services don't qualify. 2) Promoting gigs does not guarantee orders or messages. 3) Using social media is a waste of time and rarely yields results.
filipdevaere
You are designing landing pages. There is too much competition. That's why you hardly receive any orders or messages. 5
jabirahamed20
I saw your gig, I really like the gig image, but the issue is with the title and keywords placing. You have chosen all the keywords of high competition, so it's hard to get there. Find out the gap in the marketplace your gigs there make money and enjoy

The standard tips below that you find everywhere on the forum do not help when there are already tens of thousands of similar services offered because everyone tries these tips. - Fine-tune gig images - Fine-tune your gig descriptions - SEO - Promoted gigs (no guarantee of orders, this mainly generates income for Fiverr) - Social media (very rarely yields a result) - Stay online (100% waste of time) - And so on If you look at logo design, you have 120K+ logo design services available. And yet there are still new sellers who enter the logo design business. There is no future in that for new sellers. And this is not the only category without a future for new sellers. 4 3
