I cant post my first gig

Hi everybody, today I have created my fiver account and completed my verification. After that I filled out my first gig and since I live in the US, filed out my W-9 form. But to m y dismay the publish button was greyd out for no reason. I've checked my gig probably 10 times but everything was good. Then I googled a little and found out that apparently you need to take a test to post a gig or something, I'm really confused and would appreciate any help. My gig was about making games with Java script by the way.

Nevermind. The issue resolved itself. The button for publishing became functional after some time have passed
