Support ticket Solved Automatically without getting any response.

I generate a support tick #11549312 for solving some issues. But I didn't get any response for 6 days. After that, I generated one more ticket #11571221 but it was marked as solved automatically without getting any response. Then I try one more ticket #11572666 and it repeats the same process. 

 

My account is already frozen and I didn't get any response from the support team either. Now, where can I appeal my issues?

It seems you have generated multiple tickets for the same issue, which they consider spamming. They likely explained their viewpoint in response to your earlier emails, and it's probable that your frozen account will not be reinstated.

You may consider some other options e.g. using other freelancing platforms etc.

I didn't receive any response for the past 6 days so I generated a new ticket.
