How to upload thumbnail for my gig in hd?

Hello! I have created the thumbnail for my gig on a platform that downloads it in HD (.png format) but whenever I upload it on Fiverr, the thumbnail adjusts itself, making it look blurry. I have followed all the rules to upload it but it still does not change. Are there any tips on uploading thumbnails in good quality? Has anyone else faced a similar issue?
