I just had a wonderful customer put their phone down and her 2 year-old create four duplicate orders doing what mummy did.



Absolutely adorable, and so glad we’re not in the days a bundle of cancellations like that would mean negative ratings.

Should I be worried that even though it stated “as if it never happened” next to the cancellation request, it STILL appears in my Analytics? Shouldn’t it be completely ignored. :
