I can't publish my first gig, i also don't live in the US

Hey everyone, i made a draft for a gig, and when i get to the end, i clicked no on the WP thing as i don't live in the US, now the option is completely gone, which isn't the issue i don't think, but when i click the publish gig button it goes grey for a little, and then nothing happens and it becomes clickable again
