IVR Gigs denied

Been through the ringer with Fiverr this week. Tried to post an IVR gig and it got denied, no explaination as to why as it is an approved service and nothing in the gig seemingly violated their standards. Then they denied all my gigs and restricted my profile. I'm back up now but I don't want to have the same issue again. Any ideas as to why this happened?
