gigs not shown online after new product release of level systems. you have same issue?

Hi,
after the release of the new level systems my sales dropped alot even the gig in same position so did too many researches to find the reasons and i noticed that the gigs are not shown online even if you are online. i am trying from last 3 days but the problem persists.

i reached out support but i am getting auto generated responses.

can anybody faces the same issue? i think this is with the gigs having success score of below 5.

please check and verify if this is only happening with me or other members too.
