Send a cancellation request clearly citing THE REASON why you cannot do this order. Request the buyer to accept and inform them that the refund will be processed. 

Post cancellation, contact support and tell clearly that it was OUT OF SCOPE for you/your gig and your stats have been affected. They usually fix the visible stats on the dashboard if your reason is genuine.
