Level System Status Flagged without giving proper reason. Please Suggest.

I am seller on fiverr from last 10 years. I was a Top Rated Seller as well. Two days ago I saw that account level system turned into "Flagged". When I contacted Support firstly one person said that the reason is location inconsistencies when I asked for the details than other support member said that our account was linked with other account.

I was still confused. I added another ticket and requested them to clarify which term specifically was compromised and give us our status back but they closed the application without even replying.

Please suggest what to do? Have given my 10 years too my account.
