Need to change payoneer payment method(Payoneer is Blocked)

Assalamu Alaikum,

My payoneer Account is blocked because I didn't check the verification they send me. Now I tried to reach there customer care but they said it can't be reopened. Now I am not able to use this payoneer account. So, if I remove payoneer account from Fiverr, how can I add a new account. Do I have to create an account with the same name or can I use an account with a different name? Anyone please help me.

You have a problem with payoneer. Not an expert there, but if they told you that your payoneer acc cannot be opened,  open a new one. If it says the credentials already exist, then ask them to fully delete the old acc. Then remove and connect a new one to Fiverr like you did before. 

Please don't consider opening a new Fiverr account, it is a serious violation of Fiverr rules.
