Not getting paid out

Hello, I’ve been working on Fiverr for quite some time now. I have a very high rating and have been doing good work from what I see. I withdrew my funds over 3 weeks ago and still received no payment. I have tried messaging with no answer and I’ve tried calling but got no legit number to call. Wondering if anyone else is having a issue like this.
