My account was restricted.

My fiverr account is restricted because a buyer sent me his email.. description- first he asked me for a sample and needed his logo to create it, but was told that fiverr won't allow him to send it through fiverr.. then he I was asked for what app and email information but I refused to send it... Then he sent me his email (I never asked him for such information). A few hours later my account was banned without any warning.. What action can I take for this?.... I am a level 2 seller and have not committed any violations so far.

Are you sure you didn't send any contact info yourself? If you didn't, maybe try to contact support, but only if you know 100% you didn't break any rules.
