answer to a client

Hi, I'm new to Fiverr. Curently, I received 3 messages from different customers and when I try to answer them, I get this message : "this customer can no longer be contacted. This will not affect your response rate." Does anyone know why ?

They were probably spammers or scammers, and Fiverr removed their accounts.

Fiverr removed their account or temporary disabled.

I also got this kind of message and fiverr automatically disabled their messages.

Fiverr automatically detected spam messages and removed them for our safety.
