Having Issues Uploading Files To Fiverr

Of recent for some reason which is unknown to me in have been having issues trying to upload my files on fiverr. My files are not up to 100mb in size and i only try to upload one at a time. I have tried using Firefox, Explorer, Google, i even had all my apps reinstalled but i am still having issues. Even when i try uploading in a Cyber Cafe its the same problem. Can someone please explain what the problem is so i start my gigs?

Do any of your file names have punctuation in them at all? This can often cause an error in the upload.
